Digital Marketing Manager
Job purpose and key deliverables
Responsible for driving GLO’s digital strategy and performance marketing execution, delivering increased awareness, customer acquisition and engagement. This role is responsible for ensuring a best-in-class, cohesive digital strategy is developed and executed across all digital platform. The scope includes managing website performances, website calendar, digital marketing & search strategy, web analytics, user experience, conversion rate optimization, local initiatives on social media.
The Digital Marketing Manager is responsible and accountable for the development and implementation of digital annual plan including but not limited to the following:
Translating a vision for online marketing into a coherent digital marketing strategy.
Devising strategies to drive online traffic to the Glo website (www.discoverglo.co.kr)
Tracking conversion rates and making improvements to the Glo website.
Responsible for assisting in the development of
Developing and managing digital marketing campaigns.
Utilising a range of techniques including SEO.
Develop and Optimize digital and social media marketing strategy to enhance customer experience and social media presence; with customer acquisition, retention and lifestyle.
Manage the implementation of online brand initiatives / projects to promote key messages enhancing brand visibility and business development with specific focus on Glo Product.
Managing the improvements of the Glo website.
Improving the usability, design, content and conversion of the Glo website.
Responsible for planning and budgetary control of all digital marketing initiative related to NGP
Developing and deploying eCRM platform to manage and evaluate customer research, market conditions, competitor data, consumer segmentation and targeted loyalty programs (in cooperation with Brand and GB centre CRM team)
Review new technologies and keep the company at the forefront of developments in digital marketing.
Develop mobile platform to deploy Glo mobile website and App
Provide strategic recommendations to digital related asset creation – including videos, images, CGI models, etc.
Manage data mining for truly leveraging on “Big Data” and subsequently deploying relevant business intelligence software for advanced data analytics, generating knowledge and insights to drive growth.
Online Brand Protection: Monitor online brands’ presence on Korea websites brand guidelines in terms of product presentation
Transform listening platforms in powerful tools to grow GLO brand, working in partnership with the brand team.
Ensure consistency with offline Marketing and Communication strategy with a 360° approach online-offline exploiting all digital touchpoints (website, social media, brand ambassadors…)
Interface with internal areas to implement campaigns: LEX, NGP Brands and FMC Brands
At least 4 years in digital environment at manager level. Company and or Agency.
Experience of planning, managing and executing against an annual budget
Project management experience leading digital project and campaigns.
Experience managing Digital (web marketing, website project management, user experience) with a proven track record of driving ROI and sales.
Demonstrated history of thinking strategically and creatively, developing practical and specific strategy and tactics to produce tangible results
