Area Manager (Cali)
Job purpose and key deliverables
We build distinctive brands that excite our consumers and satisfy their needs in a highly complex and competitive retail environment. As an area manager, you’ll develop the trade marketing plan for your area and put it into practice to meet market share, brand, distribution, volume and profit targets for each trade channel and account.

Manage your team effectively to optimize the structure and geographic coverage of the sales force.
Understand local consumer behavior, and analyze market demand and sale forecasts.
Define SMART objectives for each activity cycle.
Help our brand to grow by giving regional managers business ideas and preparing development plans.
Prepare, develop, train and motivate a high-performance team.
Manage and control the budget for programs and activities.
With a university degree, you’ll have relevant management experience gained in an FMCG company at least 2 years. As an inspirational and motivational leader, you’ll be used to raising your team’s performance, with a focus on delivering results through innovation and growth. You’ll also have a strong analytical approach, with the ability to provide strategic direction and make decisions and excellent organizational and planning skills.
Naturally, you’ll be a good communicator in both English and the local language to your area and will be open and accessible to your team.
