IT Integration Project Manager (London)
Job purpose and key deliverables
We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced IT Integration Project Manager to join our IT function based in London. The IT Integration project manager manages delivery of interfaces for CoE integration solutions and projects.
Analyse business scenario to determine integration domain, identify integration style and pattern, choose integration technology, contribute to a high-level integration design, ensure adequate compliance with integration architecture strategy.
Manage resources and co-ordinate the delivery of agreed integration services and deliverables to portfolios, programmes and projects to ensure that the systems integration function operates effectively.
Develop, document, implement and continuously improve processes, tools, frameworks and ways of working to support the target operating model for the delivery of CoE Integration solutions and services.
Ensure programmes and projects define clear roles and responsibilities for IT systems integration and have access to best practise guidance, methods, templates and tools
Optimise use of integration resources across portfolios, programmes and projects.
Maintain effective operational relationships with vendors and ensure they deliver to contractual obligations and deliverables. Drive continuous improvement of service delivery – exploiting vendor capabilities.
Initiates and influences key stakeholder relationships.
Extensive experience with enterprise application and IT systems integration in a variety different of roles (e.g. project manager, workstream lead, architect, designer, developer, support).
Demonstrable systems thinking skills with an understanding of interrelationships, multiple stakeholder perspectives, awareness of boundaries and how these factors affect successful delivery of interfaces.
Expertise with one or more of the following integration and middleware technologies: SAP Cloud Platform Integration Services (Process Integration, API Management, Smart Data Services), SAP PI/PO, Axway API Security Gateway, Dell Boomi, SuccessFactors Integration Centre, etc.
Extensive experience with systems integration in a variety of integration styles (e.g. Process Invocation, A2A B2B. ANSI X.12, EDIFACT, Business Network Integration, OpenText, GSX, Ariba, SwiftNet); and integration domains such as OnPremise2Cloud, Cloud2Cloud, Thing2Cloud, Enabling services.
Experience conducting design reviews, creating and maintaining a formal data structures, data transformation and mappings rules, UML diagrams, interface testing, etc.
Configuration and development experience in one or more of the following applications would be advantageous: SAP ERP, Salesforce.com, SuccessFactors, Hybris, Azure.
Strong vendor management and ability to extract maximum value and continually improve services delivered by external suppliers
Experience in Centre of Excellence or similar environments
Experience in large global organisation using out-sourced IT service providers
Ability to manage teams and stakeholders effectively
Ability to identify and manage risks, issues and competing priorities
Strong planning and budgeting skills
Degree educated or equivalent relevant experience, with extensive project experience (e.g. consulting background, waterfall, agile).
