Warehouse Operations Officer
Job purpose and key deliverables

An exciting opportunity has become available for a Warehouse Operations Officer to join our Supply Chain team and work within our Head Office – Sydney.
In the role of Warehouse Operations Officer, you will be responsible for the maintenance of stock levels across the Under Bond and Excise Paid plants within the NSW warehouse to ensure inventory and financial targets are met whilst also keeping sufficient stock to supply Under Bond customers.
In coordination with the Distribution Planner you will also manage timely stock receipts into the bonded and underbond warehouses such that supply is maintained that covers demand for all customers in that state.
You will also have responsibility for the
processing of trade returns credits/ debits.

You should ideally possess the following attributes:
•Strong understanding of Supply Chain & Logistics management.
•Strong financial appreciation of the impact of inventory movements, particularly with respect to value or excise clearances
•A high level of precision and attention to detail.
•Possess strong leadership, analytical, planning and problem solving skills.
•Highly developed written and oral communication skills are essential.
•Possesses Strong interpersonal and diplomacy skills, and have the ability to influence people
•Possess at least three years’ experience managing warehouse stocks.
•Possess a solid knowledge of SAP ECC.
•A good communicator and solid relationship skills.
