- Handle calls to the company in a professional manner
- Receive visitors in a polite and professional manner while ensuring the company security policy on visitor handling
- Handle mails, couriers, faxes, etc. and deliver accordingly- Check and verify bills of telephone, transportation (including taxi), postage and couriers expenses
· Manage the reception counter to ensure that all phone calls and visitors are received timely
- Receive the bookings and maximize the usage of company buses, meeting rooms by effective arrangement
· Support staff by being a contact point for bookings of hotels, ticket, passport, visa then send to BATV help desk to process.
To build relationship with
· dept. secretaries for delivering of mails, couriers, etc.
· drivers for transportation assignment
· security team for coordination in receiving visitors
· Provide a neat, accurate and fast message service when people are not available to deal with visitors or callersArrange mail delivery and dispatch between the factory and trading branch flexibly but timely and efficiently
