Trade Service Representative
Job purpose and key deliverables

Our Trade Service Representatives work in an exciting, complex and competitive environment. Reporting to the Area Manager, they are responsible for the successful servicing of a defined customer set, by utilising commercial business acumen and strategic planning capability, while having an energetic drive for results and passion for success.
An exciting opportunity has become available for a Trade Service Representative based in Auckland to join our National Field Marketing team on a fixed term contract basis for 12 months.
The Trade Service Representative’s key areas of focus will be:
Deliver operational metrics – and own performance across your customer set
Commercial conversations, both internal and external – maintaining strong retailer relationships
Planning and Prioritisation – plan visits and implement cycle activity to achieve Company objectives
To make this role your own, you'll be degree qualified with preferably an FMCG background working as a trade representative or similar. With the drive to work independently and focus on results, you’ll be a strategic thinker with strong business acumen and excellent planning, prioritisation and have the ability to create close working relationships with a wide range of stakeholders. Being a team player, results driven and having a commitment to self-development are all key facets within this role.
You’ll be travelling across your area to meet a wide variety of retailers, so you’ll need to be prepared to spend a lot of time on the road.
