This HRSS Analyst role will be based in BAT Bangladesh and report to the Global Business Services HR Malaysia.Job purpose and key deliverables
Lead recruitment, CV sourcing, scouting from Universities.
Engage with the top universities to meet the fresh graduate recruitment need
Actively involve in senior grade CV sourcing
Process, support and lead end to end recruitment
Administrate BAT job portal, job requisition, job posting, online CV screening
Support as a Tier 1 proximate agent for GBS HR Malaysia.
Will support to raise case in HR System (SAP), track and actively engage to resolve those case with GBS HR Malaysia
Administrate interview, contact candidate, logistic support for assessment center.
Manage recruitment data base, notify candidate and update rejection file.
Administrate JML activities e.g. new joiners offer letter, employment contract, promotion letter, transfer letter, resignation letter and manage this JML activity in HR System (SAP) with GBS via online case management.
Manage and update employee personal file with the hard copy letters
SPOC as a Recruiter of Global Business Services HR
At least 1 year of experience and exposure in Recruitment
Expertise in MS Excel and MS Word
Clear and compelling written and verbal communication skills
Experience of recruitment processes
Expert user of virtual learning technologies eg. Articulate Storyline, Adobe Connect/ Webex)
Competent user of MS Office and experience of using LMS
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
Self-motivated with excellent planning, administrative and organizational skills
Outstanding communication skills and cultural awareness
Proven ability to work as part of a team
Fluency in English language
Experiences with SAP HR/HR Service is an added advantage
